摘要

以晋北轻度盐碱高粱地、轻度盐碱玉米地及重度盐碱玉米地为研究对象,探究盐碱胁迫下农田土壤磷素转化与微生物群落的关联机制。结果表明:无机磷为主要存在形态,其中中等活性磷占比最高、活性磷占比最低。与重度盐碱玉米地相比,轻度盐碱玉米地土壤pH和电导率显著降低,土壤养分含量与活性磷占比均显著升高(P<0.05)。微生物群落分析表明,盐碱胁迫导致细菌优势门类假单胞菌门、放线菌门和酸杆菌门丰度显著下降,α多样性降低,群落由协作转向竞争;真菌群落中子囊菌门和担子菌门丰度降低,被孢霉门丰度显著增加,重度盐碱下形成高模块化、高正相关的共现网络。Mantel检验和PLS-PM模型表明,土壤活性磷含量与pH、电导率呈极显著负相关,细菌群落抑制活性磷积累,而真菌对所有磷组分均具有极显著促进作用。本研究为北方盐碱农田磷素高效利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract

This study investigated the mechanisms of soil phosphorus transformation and its association with microbial communities under saline-alkali stress based on mild saline-alkali sorghum fields, mild saline-alkali maize fields, and severe saline-alkali maize fields in northern Shanxi. The results showed that inorganic phosphorus was the dominant form, among the forms, moderately labile phosphorus and labile phosphorus had the highest and lowest proportion, respectively. Compared with severely saline-alkali maize fields, the soil pH and electrical conductivity in mild saline-alkali maize fields were significantly lower, whereas the soil nutrient content and the proportion of labile phosphorus were significantly higher (P<0.05). Microbial community analysis revealed that saline-alkali stress significantly decreased the abundance of dominant bacterial phyla Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Acidobacteria, reduced -diversity, and shifted the community from cooperation toward competition. In fungal communities, the abundance of Ascomycota and Basidiomycota decreased, whereas that of Mortierellomycotina increased significantly. Under severe saline-alkali conditions, a highly modularized co-occurrence network with predominantly positive correlations was formed. Mantel test and partial least squares path model comprehensively indicated that labile phosphorus content exhibited an extremely significant negative correlation with pH and electrical conductivity (P<0.01). The bacterial community inhibited labile phosphorus accumulation, whereas fungi showed extremely significant promoting effects on all phosphorus fractions (P<0.01). This evidence may provide a scientific basis for efficient phosphorus utilization and soil fertility improvement in saline-alkali cropland in northern China.
