摘要

在电解锌生产过程中,氯离子的存在会对生产系统造成诸多危害,如加剧阳极板腐蚀、恶化电解作业环境等,严重影响锌产品质量和生产效率。本文深入分析了电解锌生产中氯离子的危害,对比了多种除氯方法的优劣,重点探讨了铜渣除氯的机理、效果及生产应用。研究表明,铜渣除氯具有除氯效果好、无多余废水产生等显著优势,通过合理控制新鲜铜渣氧化浸出工艺及二价铜与单质铜的比例调配,可实现高效除氯,为电解锌行业的绿色、高效发展提供技术支撑。

Abstract

During the electrolytic zinc production process, the presence of chloride ions poses significant hazards to the production system, including accelerating anode plate corrosion and deteriorating the electrolysis environment, thereby severely compromising zinc product quality and production efficiency. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the adverse effects of chloride ions in zinc production, compares the advantages and limitations of various chlorination removal methods, and focuses on examining the mechanisms, efficacy, and practical applications of copper slag-based chlorination removal. The study demonstrates that copper slag chlorination offers distinct advantages such as high removal efficiency and no generation of excess wastewater. By properly optimizing the oxidation-leaching process of fresh copper slag and adjusting the ratio between divalent copper and elemental copper, efficient chlorination can be achieved, providing technical support for the green and sustainable development of the electrolytic zinc industry.
