天然药物靶向治疗类风湿关节炎疾病的研究进展

摘要
类风湿关节炎（RA，Rheumatoid Arthritis）是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病，严重影响患者生活质量。近年来，天然药物因其多靶点作用、低毒性和广泛来源，逐渐成为关节炎治疗的研究热点。本文旨在系统探讨总结关节炎靶向治疗中天然药物的研究进展。通过论文检索数据库系统检索，筛选出近年关于天然药物治疗关节炎的高质量文献，重点分析天然药物的活性成分、生物学效应。多种天然药物具有通过调控NF-κB、MAPK等信号通路，抑制炎症因子释放，调节免疫反应，并促进软骨修复，改善关节微环境，从而缓解关节处肿胀等症状。体内实验表明，部分天然药物在缓解关节炎症状方面表现出显著疗效。然而，其生物利用度低、成分复杂性等问题仍需解决。天然药物在关节炎靶向治疗中具有广阔的应用前景，未来研究应重点关注于开发新型递送系统、优化药物组合及推动规范化大批量生产，促进其临床转化，改善关节炎患者生活质量。
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a common chronic inflammatory disease that severely affects patients\' quality of life. In recent years, natural medicines have gradually become a research hotspot in arthritis treatment due to their multi-target effects, low toxicity, and wide range of sources. This article aims to systematically explore and summarize the research progress of natural medicines in targeted therapy for arthritis. Through systematic searches of paper databases, high-quality recent literature on natural medicines for the treatment of arthritis was screened, with a focus on analyzing the active ingredients and biological effects of natural medicines. Various natural medicines can regulate signaling pathways such as NF-κB and MAPK, inhibit the release of inflammatory factors, modulate immune responses, promote cartilage repair, and improve the joint microenvironment, thereby alleviating symptoms such as joint swelling. In vivo experiments have shown that some natural medicines exhibit significant efficacy in relieving arthritis symptoms. However, issues such as low bioavailability and compositional complexity still need to be addressed. Natural medicines have broad application prospects in targeted therapy for arthritis. Future research should focus on developing novel delivery systems, optimizing drug combinations, and promoting standardized large-scale production to facilitate their clinical translation and improve the quality of life of patients with arthritis.关键词
