上海装配式技术花束X扩散模型讨论

摘要
上海是我国装配式建筑技术推广的先行地区。本文以技术“花束X模型”为分析框架，将上海装配式建筑技术演进划分为试点启动、强制推广和更新探索三个阶段：试点启动阶段技术路线百花齐放，推广阶段部分技术逐渐成为主流，更新阶段则出现新的争鸣与探索。文章梳理了当前上海主流装配式技术、回顾了2016年前的技术储备及未大规模应用的节点连接技术，如半灌浆套筒、金属波纹管浆锚、螺栓连接等，并分析了模块化建筑等未来可能主流的技术方向。研究表明，全灌浆套筒因受力对称、施工便利、接头性能接近现浇等优势成为当前主流连接技术，模块化建筑在政策与标准推动下具有较好的应用前景。本文可为上海及类似地区装配式建筑技术选择与推广提供参考。
Abstract
Shanghai is a leading region in the promotion of prefabricated construction technology in China. Using the Bouquet-X diffusion model as an analytical framework, this paper divides the evolution of prefabricated construction technology in Shanghai into three stages: pilot initiation, mandatory promotion, and renewal and exploration. In the pilot initiation stage, various technical routes blossomed; in the promotion stage, some technologies gradually became mainstream; and in the renewal stage, new debates and explorations emerged. The paper reviews the current mainstream prefabricated technologies in Shanghai, looks back at the technical reserves before 2016 and the joint connection technologies that were not applied on a large scale, such as half grouting sleeves, metal bellows grout-anchor connections, and bolted connections, and analyzes possible future mainstream technical directions such as modular construction. The study shows that full grouting sleeves have become the current mainstream connection technology due to advantages such as symmetric force, convenient construction, and joint performance close to cast-in-place, and that modular construction has good application prospects under the promotion of policies and standards. This paper can provide a reference for the selection and promotion of prefabricated building technologies in Shanghai and similar regions.关键词
