产教融合质量评价模型构建与实证分析

摘要
构建科学可操作的产教融合质量评价体系是推动高职院校内涵式高质量发展的重要机制。在系统梳理主流评价模型、统计指标项频率分布规律的基础上，以"核心共识+特色扩展+动态优化"为构建原则，创新性提出ITEI产教融合质量评价优化模型。该模型涵盖资源投入、协同育人、人才培养成效、社会服务创新四个一级维度，共11个二级维度、40个三级指标。以青岛职业技术学院2022~2024年质量年度报告数据为基础开展实证研究，并与四种经典模型开展横向比较，评价结论高度一致，验证了模型的收敛效度。ITEI模型在指标选取可溯源性、权重多方法稳健性、数据采集可行性三方面具有比较优势，可为高职院校开展产教融合专项质量诊断提供新工具。
Abstract
Constructing a scientific and operational quality evaluation system for industry-education integration serves as a crucial mechanism to advance the connotative and high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. This study innovatively proposes the ITEI optimization model for evaluating the quality of industry-education integration, guided by the design principles of "core consensus, characteristic expansion, and dynamic optimization". The model comprises four primary dimensions: Industry Input, Together Teaching, Educational Effect, and Innovation Service (ITEI), which are further operationalized into 11 secondary dimensions and 40 tertiary indicators. Utilizing data from the 2022~2024 Annual Quality Reports of Qingdao Technical College, an empirical study was conducted alongside a horizontal comparison with four classic evaluation models. The highly consistent evaluation results validate the convergent validity of the proposed model. The ITEI model demonstrates distinct comparative advantages in three aspects: the traceability of indicator selection, the robustness of weighting across multiple methods, and the feasibility of data collection. Consequently, it provides a novel tool for higher vocational colleges to conduct specialized quality diagnostics of industry-education integration.关键词
