碳排放约束下的北方某城市能源规划研究
Research on energy planning of a northern city under the constraint of carbon emission
在能源供应需求和CO2排放限制的条件下,运用碳夹点原理和方法对北方某城市进行研究,采用图形法对该市四类区域(郊县、城区、铝工业区和钢铁工业区)进行能源分析规划。情景分析研究结果表明,仅考虑整体区域CO2排放量限制条件下清洁能源用量为7.1×104 TJ,原煤减少量为20.5×104 TJ;不考虑单个地区排放限制时,该市使用全部清洁能源条件下CO2排放量为4191.8×104 t;对该市每个区域能源优化后城市CO2排放总量为4366.3×104 t。最后,结合案例分析,提出发展低碳城市的建议。
Under the conditions of energy supply demand and CO2 emission limitation, study a city with carbon dioxide pinch in the north , and carry out energy analysis and planning with the graphical method for four types of areas in the city, such as suburb, urban area, aluminum industrial zone and steel industrial zone. The research results of scenario analysis shows that the clean energy consumption is 7.1× 104 TJ only considering the CO2 emission limit of the whole region, and raw coal reduction is 20.5×104 TJ; Without considering the emission limit of a single region, the CO2 emission of the city using all clean energy is 4191.8×104 ton; The total urban CO2 emission after energy optimization in each region of the city is 4366.3×104 ton。 Finally, with the case analysis, the paper puts forward suggestions for developing low-carbon cities.
