[Abstract] Purpose This study aims to develop a mental health solution based on real-time emotional perception through artificial intelligence technology and psychological principles, in order to prevent or eliminate psychological problems and improve mental health levels Method Using core functions such as natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, expert system construction, and real-time emotion perception feedback, defining emotion related behaviors through multimodal media materials, collecting and organizing datasets, and constructing an emotion recognition construction model Result Successfully developed the "Mood Smooth" system, which can understand and analyze user language and emotional expression, provide personalized mental health services, focus on user needs in learning and work, and provide professional intervention and advice through real-time monitoring and analysis of user emotional status. Conclusion This project reflects a deep understanding and innovative support for promoting mental health, providing users with effective and personalized mental health solutions through technological means, ensuring the provision of a safe and privacy protected psychological counseling platform, which is of great significance for improving public awareness and level of mental health.
