u-Au双金属催化剂上乙酰丙酸气相加氢制γ-戊内酯的研究
Gas-Phase Hydrogenation of Levulinic Acid to γ-Valerolactone over Cu-Au Bimetallic Catalysts
采用吸附-硼氢化钠还原法制备了SBA-15负载型Cu-Au双金属催化剂,并考察其在乙酰丙酸(LA)气相加氢制备γ-戊内酯(GVL)反应中的催化性能。结果显示,适量Au的引入不仅可以显著提高Cu基催化剂的LA加氢活性和GVL的选择性,而且可以有效改善催化剂的稳定性。运用XRD、UV-Vis漫反射和TEM等表征手段研究表明,Cu-Au双金属催化剂的优异催化性能与催化剂表面Cu-Au合金纳米粒子的形成有关,这种合金的形成有利于提高催化剂性能,并减缓纳米粒子在反应过程中的聚集速度。
series of SBA-15 supported Cu-Au bimetallic catalysts were prepared using an approach of adsorption-NaBH4 reduction for vapor phase hydrogenation of levulinic acid (LA) to γ-valerolactone (GVL). The catalyst structure was studied by means of XRD, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and TEM. The results indicated that the addition of small amount of Au into Cu catalysts can not only significantly enhance the LA hydrogenation activity, but also effectively improve the stability of the catalysts. The superior performance of Cu-Au catalysts is related to the formation of Cu-Au alloy, which is beneficial for enhancing the catalytic performance and retarding the agglomeration of bimetallic nanoparticles in the process of hydrogenation reaction.
