数值研究活塞杆结构对二板式注塑机合模系统形变和应力的影响
Numerical study on the influence of piston rod structure on the deformation and stress of two-platen injection molding machine
为了优化现有二板式注塑机合模系统的受力均匀性和稳定性,本文对活塞杆结构做了改进设计。通过数值模拟技术,研究了活塞杆结构对锁模性能的影响。使用Ansys Workbench软件,在三种锁模力下数值模拟了两种活塞杆结构的锁模系统的形变和应力变化情况。研究表明,改进的活塞杆结构可明显减小注塑机零部件的形变量,明显减小定动模板的应力;但对于油缸和活塞杆的应力减小不大,对于活塞的应力反而有所提高。
In order to optimize the stress uniformity and stability in the current clamping system of two-platen injection molding machine, the structure of the piston rod was modified in this paper. Numerical simulation has been done to investigate the effects of rod structure on the clamping performance. The changes of the deformation and stress in two clamping systems at three clamping forces were numerically simulated by Ansys Workbench. The results showed that the modified structure of the piston rod can significantly reduce the deformation of the components and the stress in moving plate, the stress in the oil cylinder and piston rod was reduced little, but the stress in the piston was increased a little.
