食品消费对城镇居民消费的影响:有调节的中介效应

为探究城镇居民食品消费对消费性现金支出的作用机制,采用有调节的中介效应模型,以可支配收入为中介变量,以家庭社会经济地位为调节变量,通过分层回归检验其效应。研究表明:(1)可支配收入对城镇居民食品消费与消费支出的关系具有部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的75.42%;(2) 家庭社会经济地位对可支配收入的中介作用具有调节效应。此结论揭示了食品消费通过可支配收入促进城镇居民消费,且此作用后半过程受到家庭社会经济地位的调节。

In order to explore the influence of food consumption on consumption of urban residents, the moderated mediating effect model is adopted. In this model, mediating variable is disposable personal income while moderated variable is family's social economic status, then hierarchical regression is used to examine the effect. The research shows that (1) disposable personal income has partly mediating effect on the relationship between food consumption and consumption, and the mediating effect represents 75.42% of the whole effect; (2) family's social economic status has moderated effect on the mediating effect described above. This conclusion shows that food consumption effect consumption through disposable personal income, and the later part of the effect is influenced by family's social economic status.
