本文论述了双氧水氧化乙烯硫脲的反应路径,并提出一种全新的用双氧水氧化二氧化乙烯硫脲制备三氧化乙烯硫脲的方法。根据此方法以水作为反应介质制备了三氧化乙烯硫脲,对产物进行了熔点分析、高效液相色谱检测分析以及核磁共振分析,确认产品即目标物三氧化乙烯硫脲。实验发现原料二氧化乙烯乙烯硫脲为15g时,最佳初始水量为20mL,硫酸量为2mL、反应温度为40~60℃,当温度不在上升即到达反应终点。

his paper mainly introduce the reaction path of hydrogen peroxide oxidation of ethylene thiourea, and a new method that oxidize the ethylenethiourea dioxide to synthesize the ethylenethiourea trioxide was announced. In this way, water was acted as the reaction medium for synthesizing the ethylenethiourea. The production was analysised by mp, HPLC and NMR, and the production was the ethylenethiourea trioxide. Moreover, It was found that ,when the ethyelenthioure dioxide was 15g, the optimum mass of water was 20g, sulfuric acid was 2mL, and the reaction temperature was 40~60℃. However, when the temperature is not rise, the reaction is completed. Finally, analysis of the reason for deterioration of the product at room temperature was figured out, and the method for preserving the product was given.
