杯式燃烧器是国际上通用的气体灭火剂灭火性能评价的标准仪器, 同时也是灭火机理研究的重要实验装置。本文在依据ISO标准研制的杯式燃烧器上研究了新型洁净气体灭火剂溴代三氟丙烯(2-BTP)对甲烷-空气协流扩散火焰的灭火性能及过程, 并与三氟一溴甲烷(halon1301)及七氟丙烷(FM-200) 进行了对比, 测定了三种介质的最低灭火浓度及灭火过程中的HF含量,考察了灭火过程中火焰形态的变化。 实验结果表明, 三种气体的灭火浓度大小次序为2-BTP < Halon1301 < FM-200; 三种介质在灭火过程中所产生的HF浓度高低次序为2-BTP < Halon1301 < FM-200;在三种灭火剂的作用下, 杯式燃烧器火焰都经历了振荡、失稳、脱离直至熄灭的过程。研究结果可以为气体灭火理论模型的完善提供实验参数,为2-BTP的实际工程应用提供理论指导。

up burner is a standard instrument used as a metric to assess the performance of gaseous fire suppressants by the fire protection industry. It is also widely used for mechanism research for various suppressants. This paper presented the study on the effectiveness and process of 2-bromo-3,3,3-fluoropropene (2-BTP) in suppressing cup burner methane-air coflowing flames, whose results were compared with those of bromofluoromethane (halon 1301) and 2- hexafluoropropane (FM-200). Results showed that fire suppression effectiveness and the produced hydrofluorine (HF) concentration of the three agents were ranked in the order of 2-BTP < Halon1301 < FM-200. With the introduction of the agents, the cup burner flames experienced a process of "oscillation, destabilization, detachment and eventual extinguishment". The results can provide useful data for the improvent of gas fire suppression mechanism model and practical applications of 2-BTP in fire safety engineering.
