基于分形理路的小电流单相接地故障选线方法是新的单相接地保护原理。该方法利用故障支路的零序暂态电流和非故障支路的零序暂态电流的分形维数的差别来判别故障支路。该方法计算量小,且适用于不同接地相角的单相接地故障。但该方法容易受到干扰的影响,噪声较大时很容易误判。本文提出先将含噪电流信号进行小波阈值消噪,然后依据分形理论判断故障线路。仿真证明小波去噪能够有效提高选线方法的有效性,减少误判。

Fault line selection for single-phase-to-earth fault base on fractal theory is new method. While faults taking place in the distribution system,this method utilize the difference of fractal dimension of zero sequence transient current of faulted branch and normal branch to analysis and distinguish faulted branch from normal branch. The method has a less calculation and adapts to any failure type. But this method easily make mistake due to noise. This paper eliminates the noise in the current firstly,and then select fault line base on fractal theory. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
