he Comment on the Flood-Control System of Liaohe River Basin
辽河是我国七大江河之一，洪水灾害较为频繁。目前，辽河流域防洪体系已经基本形成，本文对辽河流域防洪体系进行评价，并提出进一步完善防洪体系的建议。
he Liaohe River is one of the seven large rivers in China and the flooding disaster is highly frequent .So far a flood-control system in the Liaohe River Basin has been established . In this paper the flood control system is evaluated and given advice to make it further improved and perfect .
