某既有隔震建筑检测与鉴定

2001版抗震设计规范中首次将隔震建筑设计纳入,此后隔震技术开始广泛应用,部分既有隔震建筑在使用过程中已出现病害。为了继续使用或者改造后继续使用此类建筑,需对此类建筑的安全性进行检测与鉴定。隔震建筑的检测鉴定不能照搬非隔震建筑的检测鉴定方法。对于隔震建筑,隔震层结构需单独进行安全性评定,因此隔震建筑安全性评定应分为两个层次进行评定即可,即构件安全性评定和子单元安全性评定,分别评定隔震建筑的地基基础、隔震层结构、上部承重结构的安全性。本文对隔震建筑安全性鉴定进行了探索,对隔震建筑的检测鉴定具有一定的参考意义。
In 2001 edition of code for seismic design of buildings to have been isolated for the first time, after isolation technique has been widely used, part of both the isolation building in use process there has been a disease. in order to continue to use or continue to use after reforming buildings, which needs to do the detection and identification of the safety of such buildings. Detecting isolation building cannot copy the testing method of the Non-isolated buildings. For isolation buildings, isolation layer security assessment structure needs to be alone, so isolated building safety evaluation should be divided into two levels, namely the component security assessment and security assessment subunits, respectively to assess isolation building foundation, the safety of isolation layer structure, the upper bearing structure. In this paper, the isolation made an approach to security appraisal, detecting the isolation building has certain reference significance.
