导航装备轴角测试方法的研究

介绍自整角机角度测量的基本原理,设计了一种基于自整角机的高性价比轴角测试方案,现有角度测量设备成本高,不利于大批量生产,为满足大众化需要,本论文选取C8051F064和TMS320F2812两块性价比较高的芯片,C8051F064自带两个独立的16位A/D转换模块,转化速率可达到1M/s,TMS320F2812具有高性能32位CPU,带有128K的Flash,并且具有SPI、SCI,McBSP等外围串行接口。在设计中使用C8051F064对角度信号进行A/D转换和简单的滤波处理,然后将信号发送到TMS320F2812,由它对信号做进一步处理。设计重点采用了分区间正余弦相比编码与查表法相结合的方法,其电路设计简单,成本低廉,易于扩展,能够满足普通用户角度测量的需求。
basic way ofmeasuring the position angle signal for sychrowas introduced,The scheme of axis angle test based on synchro and with high performance to price ratio is designed,Existing angle measurement equipments cost highly,which is a disadvantage at the large quantity for production,In order to meet the popular needs,In this paper,C8051F064 and TMS320F2812 are regarded as two chips with high performance to price rat,C8051F064 own two independent 16-bit A/D converter module,its conversion rate can reach 1M/s,TMS320F2812 with high-performance 32-bit CPU and 128K of Flash has SPI, SCI,McBSP serial interface and other peripherals.C8051F064 is used in the design of the perspective of signal A /D conversion and a simple filter to deal with, and then the signal is sent to the TMS320F2812, its signal is further processed in it. the design is the use of the method of the cut section coding for the ratio of sine to cosine combined with the look-up table encoding method,it s electric circuit is simple,the cost is low,and the function is easy to expand,the general need for experiment of angle measurement is satisfied.
