铣刀片复杂槽型重构的自组织方法
Self-organizing Method for Reconstruction of Complex Groove of Milling Insert
本文提出了铣刀片复杂槽型重构的自组织方法,建立了槽型重构的局部规则,将结构的全局问题转化为当前单元与相邻单元的规则关系问题,应用元胞内部和相邻元胞之间应力和温度状态的规则来修正设计变量,实现对铣刀片槽型的重构和优化。对重构后的槽型进行了仿真验证,验证结果表明优化后的槽型在物理场方面具有优良的性能。
In this paper, a self-organizing method for reconstruction of complex groove of milling insert is proposed. The local rule of groove reconstruction is built and the global problem of the groove structure is transferred to the rule transition between the current cell and its neighboring cells. The design variables are updated by the local rule of stress and temperature of the current cell and its neighboring cells, and the complex groove of milling insert is reconstructed. The reconstructed groove is tested by a numerical example. The simulation results show that the reconstructed groove has a good performance on the physical fields.
