Fuzzy Evaluation of SLA-oriented QoSM (The Quality of Service Management) in NGN
为了评价下一代网络业务管理质量,提出了面向SLA的业务管理质量的概念。参照SLA业务管理内容,设计了面向SLA的业务管理质量评价指标体系。应用模糊数学中的模糊评价算法建立了面向SLA的业务管理质量模糊评价模型,通过实例说明了评价过程,证明了基于模糊评价的NGN业务管理质量的有效性和正确性。
he quality of service management - QoSM is an important evaluation factor for service management in NGN. To evaluate QoSM efficiently, it is necessary and elementary to define an evaluation metrics and find an evaluation method. First, the evaluation metrics for QoSM based on SLA’s service management contents is proposed. Fuzzy evaluating is a method based on fuzzy mathematics. It is suitable to evaluate an object with many factors which have different infections to the object and interactions to each other. A fuzzy evaluating method to evaluate QoSM based on above evaluation metrics is designed. At last, an example of evaluating is described to illuminate that the fuzzy evaluating method for the QoSM of NGN is useful and correct.
