旋风式分离器关键参数的仿真与优化

旋风式分离器是目前应用最为广泛的分离设备之一,它的优点是结构简单,操作方便,但其分离效率却容易受到各方面的影响,尤其是锥体段的倾斜角度对固体颗粒分离效率的影响较大。本文就是利用Fluent中的RNG模块来对旋风式分离器内部颗粒的运动进行系列模拟仿真,分析不同角度下所对应的分离效率,以得到更好的结构尺寸。本文求得颗粒直径小于1.5μM,气流速度V≤30m/s时,分离效率不到30%,因此不能直接用分离器分离,只有当V≥50m/s时,小颗粒的分离效率才能达到60%以上;颗粒直径为2μM~2.5μM,倾斜角为12 时会出现一个明显的分离效率极值点,在这点分离效果最好;颗粒直径大于3μM时分离效率几乎不受锥角的影响。

This article obtained when the foreign body diameter less than 1.5μm and the V≤30m/s,the separation efficiency wound less than 30%, it can not be directly separated by the separator, only if V ≥ 50m / s can only be separated,at the same time,the separation efficiency wound more than 60%; When the foreign matter having a diameter of between 2μm to 2.5μm, the inclination angle is 12 . there will be an apparent extreme point, the best separation effect can be gained at this point; When foreign body diameter greater than 3μm, the separation efficiency is almost without impact with cone angle.
