基于专利计量的企业技术发展态势研究：以Oracle公司为例

为研究专利计量方法在探索企业技术发展态势中的应用，本文以Oracle公司的专利为研究对象，利用社会网络分析及信息可视化技术，通过专利发明人合作网络，研究Oracle公司的主要技术交流群体；根据专利共被引所形成的网络，Oracle公司主要的核心技术领域分布在数据标准、数据传输、数据操作语言运算、锁管理等，而持有三个连接各领域的关键专利的专利权人则具备一定的技术竞争优势。通过对被Oracle 公司所引专利的专利权人进行标识，可清晰地反映出， IBM公司在数据标准、数据存储效率、数据存取与数据安全、数据故障检测与测试等基础技术领域的专利是Oracle主要引用的技术信息来源。
o investigate the patentometrics methods being applied in the process of exploring technology development situations for enterpries, the authors choose patents of Oracle as reseach object. Main technological exchange groups of Oracle are recognized by means of social network analysis and information visualization method, while the distribution of core technical fields, key technologies and its situation in the competitive network are also identified by patent co-citation network.Data standard,data transmission,data operation language,lock management are the key fields,those who owe them are with greater competetive advantage than others.It is also identified that patents cited by Oracle which are prossessed by IBM mainly focuse on data standard,data storage efficiency, data security, data failure testing el.
