基于Zigbee技术索力测试系统的研制与开发
Research and Development of a Cable Force Testing System Based on Zigbee Technology
斜拉索的索力大小直接决定着斜拉桥的工作状态,采用准确的方法进行合理的索力测试是保证斜拉桥顺利施工和安全运营的必要手段。本文针对目前斜拉桥索力测试中常用的方法进行了阐述,提出了基于MEMS的无线索力测试系统的研制与开发,首先利用频率法推导出索力的一般方程,再通过实验得到索力的频率变化情况计算出索力的大小。最后通过钢箱梁吊装前后的索力变化值来证明这个系统是可以用来测试索力的大小。
able force decides the working state of the cable-stayed bridge directly. Measuring the cable force of the cable-stayed bridge through some exact method is the guarantee to construction and operation. This paper summarises the methods and their theories usually uesed in cable force of cable-stayed bridge measuring. The research and development of wireless cable force testing system are based on MEMS, the general equation is first derived using the frequency method of cable force, through the experimental frequency changes of cable force to calculate the cable force size. Finally, before and after the installation of steel box girder cable force change value to prove the system can be used to test the size of the cable force .
