不同米色谷子营养成份及其相关性研究
Studies on the nutritional composition and correlation of foxtail millet with different color
选用了60种不同品种的谷子为研究对象,分别测其总糖、VC、可溶性蛋白质、赖氨酸含量以期明确谷子的营养水平,同时分析谷子黄色、浅黄色、金黄色三种米色与谷子营养成份的关系,结果表明:谷子中可溶性蛋白质含量占谷子的干重为0.778%~1.426%,赖氨酸的含量占谷子的干重为0.265%~0.373%,谷子总糖含量占谷子干重的比例在70%~80%之间。米色与谷子四种营养成份没有显著的相关性。本次研究筛选了谷子的特性指标,为谷子品质改良和育种提供依据。
I60 different varieties of foxtail millet was studied, respectively to measure the total sugar, VC, soluble protein and lysine content to clear the nutrition level of millet, at the same time analysis of millet yellow, pale yellow, golden three kinds of color with millet nutrition, the results showed that the soluble protein content in corn dry weight of corn is 0.778% ~ 1.426%, the content of lysine dry weight was 0.265% ~ 0.373% of millet, millet the proportion of the total sugar content of corn dry weight is between 70% ~ 80%.There was no significant correlation between the four nutrients of millet and beige. In this study, the characteristic indexes of millet were provided the basis for improvement and breeding of millet quality.
