为了提高子空间神经网络模型对计算机交互动画进行物理解算的效率,本文分别从数据预处理、神经网络模型压缩与前端推理加速三个方面通过数据压缩、结构性剪枝、并行计算指令集编写以及调整推理模型精度的方法提出了对已有的算法的优化方案,该方案能够有效地减少交互动画中的冗余数据,提高训练集的有效性并且加快神经网络的训练过程,同时该方案还能有效提高神经网络模型的稀疏性来减少计算量,并且加速神经网络模型在不同目标平台上的前端推理过程。
In order to improve the efficiency of subspace neural network model for physical understanding of computer interactive animation, this paper writes through data compression, structural pruning, and parallel computing instruction sets from three aspects: data preprocessing, neural network model compression, and front-end reasoning acceleration. As well as the method of adjusting the accuracy of the inference model, an optimization scheme for the existing algorithm is proposed. This scheme can effectively reduce the redundant data in the interactive animation, improve the effectiveness of the training set and speed up the training process of the neural network. At the same time, the scheme also It can effectively improve the sparsity of the neural network model to reduce the amount of calculation, and accelerate the front-end reasoning process of the neural network model on different target platforms.
