Research on Sub-aperture Stitching Interferometer Method of Measuring Optical Plane
Established a fitting simple model for stitching and discussed removing tilt and piston of Sub-aperture Stitching model. Fully utilize Matlab software's matrix operation ability and processing technology of MatroPro Software of Zygo Interferometer. Realize five sub-aperture stitching experiment. Finally, compare the result with the Surface Shape Measurement of full aperture mirror for validating the model's effectiveness.
