肉苁蓉与梭梭寄生部位存在微生物的研究
Microorganisms in the rhizophilous tissues of Cistanche deserticale and Haloxylon ammodendron
以肉苁蓉（Cistanche deserticale Ma）与梭梭[Haloxylon ammodendron （C.A. Mey）Hunge]根部寄生整合组织为外植体进行组织培养，发现该组织内有内原微生物，经过继代、筛选、分离培养获得了该内原微生物菌株。
On the culture surfaces of in vitro parasitic tissues of Cistanche deserticale and Haloxylon ammodendron, the microorganisms in the rhizophilous tissue appeared. The strain is selected from the microorganism subcultures.
