木质素生物降解研究新进展
New research advances on the lignin biodegradation
木质素在自然界中的产量仅次于纤维素,是一种极具潜力的可再生资源,利用微生物降解木质素不仅可以缓解环境污染问题,还可以变废为宝,实现资源的循环利用。本文综述了木质素的生物降解机理、降解木质素的微生物种类、相关降解酶系及降解产物的最新研究进展,以期为木质素生物降解的进一步研究及其再利用提供借鉴。
Followed by cellulose, the production of lignin in nature is a potential renewable resource. Degradation of lignin by microorganism can not only alleviate environmental pollution, but also change waste into treasure to achieve recycling of resources. It analyzed and illustrated the structure and types of lignin, lignin-degrading mechanism, lignin-degrading organisms, the enzymes they create and biodegradation products to provide a reference for in-depth study of lignin biodegradation.
