闸门监控系统开发设计

本文以一闸门自动化监控系统工程为背景,介绍了一种基于PLC的闸门监控系统的设计,通过PLC进行现地控制,数据传给上位机进行分析处理。下位机采用西门子公司生产的S7系列PLC产品,上位机监控系统软件采用VB6.0语言工具编写,闸门监控系统通过连接PLC实现实时通讯、报表查询打印、友好的人机界面、生成完备的监控信息数据库等主要功能。

Based on automatization supervisory sluice control system of engineering, this paper introduces a way to use the PLC to control the sluice. The PLC is communicated to the computer, the supervise computer analyses and processes the information by the PLC. The lower computer used the production company Siemens S7 PLC product family, the upper computer Monitoring and Control System software language used VB6.0 Tools to prepare, gate monitoring and control system realize real-time communications, statements for print, friendly interface, generating a comprehensive monitoring information database, and other major features by connecting PLC.
