SiC颗粒对激光熔覆镍基涂层的影响
Effects of SiC on Ni-Based Metal-Ceramic Coatings by Laser Cladding
利用1500wCO2连续波激光器在45钢基材表面对不同含量SiC(2%、4%、6%、8%)陶瓷粉末的Ni基自熔合金进行激光熔覆,得到Ni基SiC涂层。对比Ni60合金涂层,研究加入SiC颗粒后的Ni基合金涂层的显微组织、力学性能以及耐蚀性。结果表明:添加SiC颗粒的Ni基合金涂层比单纯的Ni60合金涂层具有较高的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性。当Ni基合金涂层中SiC含量为8%时,综合性能较好。
Laser clad Ni based alloy coating with 2%、4%、6%、8%(wt%) SiC on 45 steel substrate has been obtained by 1500w CO2 continuous wave laser implement. Microstructure morphology, the hardness, the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance of the laser clad alloy coating have been studied compare with Ni60. The result shows that the hardness, the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance of the NiSiC coating are higher than that of the Ni60 coating. When the content of SiC in Ni based alloy coating is 8%(wt%), the HRA 80 is increased 13.2%, the wear resistance rate is 8.33 that is increased 88.9%, microhardness and the corrosion resistance is evidently increased that is compared to Ni60.
