微流控法制备新型功能微纤维材料研究新进展

Recent progress in microfluidic fabrication of novel functional microfibers

功能微纤维材料在催化、物质分离、组织工程、控制释放、可穿戴设备和仿生集水等方面具有极其广泛的应用。相对于传统的微纤维制备方法,近年来发展起来的微流控技术由于可在微通道内精确控制流体的层流流动,从而为可控制备具有不同结构和功能的功能微纤维材料提供了一个更为优越的技术平台。综述了微流控法制备新型功能微纤维材料的研究新进展,重点介绍了利用微流控法可控制备具有实心、多孔、中空、多腔室、以及仿蜘蛛丝结构的功能微纤维的研究现状。

In this paper, functional microfibers are widely used for myriad applications such as catalysis, separation, tissue engineering, controlled release, wearable devices, and water collection. As compared with traditional techniques for microfiber preparation, microfluidic technique, that can precisely manipulate the laminar flow of fluids in microchannels, provides an Recent progress in microfluidic fabrication of novel functional microfibersadvanced platform for controllable fabrication of functional microfibers with versatile structures and functions. This review summarizes recent progress in microfluidic fabrication of novel functional microfibers, especially the solid, porous, hollow, multicompartmental, and spider-silk-like microfibers.
