安全阀升力系数试验测试和三维数值模拟
Simulation and optimization on parameters of safety valves
本文建立了安全阀升力系数的测量装置,研究了安全阀开高对升力系数的影响。安全阀压力释放原理,建立安全阀数值模拟的三维CFD模型,计算了安全阀内部压力场、速度场的三维数值分布。通过将计算和实验结果相比较,表明可利用此模型对安全阀的各参数对安全阀排放性能进行定性分析。基于此模型,系统研究了安全阀主要结构参数对安全阀升力系数的影响,优化了安全阀的设计。
n experiment system on testing lift force coefficients of safety valves has been established. The effects of the lift on the lift force coefficient have been investigated. Based on the principle of pressure relief, a CFD model has been introduced to describe the velocity and pressure distributions of safety valves interior cavity in three dimensions by calculation.. It is shown that the model can be used to analyze the effects of the parameters on the performance of safety valves qualitatively by comparing the results of the model and experiments. Based on the model, the effects of parameters on the lift coefficient were investigated and the optimization on safety valves was carried out.
