异丁醛是一种重要的有机化工原料,目前未见直接合成异丁醛的方法进行工业化生产。因此开发研究一步法合成异丁醛具有十分重要的意义。甲醇和乙醇在催化剂TiO2和V2O5/TiO2进行反应一步合成异丁醛,得知V2O5对该反应起主要催化作用,但必须以特殊的分散态形式存在。反应温度宜控制在350℃为最佳。最适宜的空速为3 h-1左右。

Isobutyraldehyde (IBA) is an important organochemicals, but now there aren’t industrialized ways of synthesizing directly isobutyraldehyde. So developing technique of synthesizing IBA in one-step has very important meaning. Isobutyraldehyde is synthesized from methanol and ethanol over titanium oxide-supported vanadium oxide and titanium oxide catalysts. The finding shows that vanadium oxide has primary catalysis, but vanadium oxide must exist in special dispersion state. When 350℃ and space velocity3 h-1, catalyst shows a better performance in terms of total conversion and product selectivity.
