基于SOM神经网络的柴油机燃油系统故障诊断研究

本文利用自组织特征映射(SOM)神经网络实现对柴油机燃油系统的故障诊断。文中介绍了SOM网络的结构和学习算法，通过 SOM神经网络对输入样本进行"聚类"，实现对故障模式的识别，据此对故障进行诊断。并在MATLAB环境下给出了柴油机燃油系统故障诊断的具体实例，结果表明该方法是一种有效的故障诊断方法。
In this paper,a method based On self-organizing featureMap neural network is applied to realize fault diagnosis of fuel System of diesel engine.The structure of SOM network and learning algorithm are aslo introduced in it. The SOM neural network's " clustering" effect on the importation of samples can be used to identify the failure modes, and diagnose the fault. The specific fault diagnosis example of fuel system of diesel engine in the MATLAB is given. The result show that the method can accurately and effectively diagnoses the faults.
