骨肉瘤是骨科临床最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,以化疗结合手术治疗的新辅助疗法是治疗骨肉瘤的重要手段。而凋亡异常与耐药性的发生,是骨肉瘤临床治疗失败的主要原因。骨肉瘤凋亡异常与耐药性的发生涉及许多基因和蛋白表达通路的改变,对这些通路节点进行研究,有助于揭示骨肉瘤凋亡异常与耐药性发生的分子机制,并有望提高骨肉瘤临床疗效。

Osteosarcoma is one of the most common malignant bone tumors. The neoadjuvant chemotherapy is an important therapeutic method for osteosarcoma. Abnormal apoptosis and drug resistance are major causes of treat failure. These two malignant biological behaviors may involve changes of various gene and protein pathways. Study of these molecular pathways may help to reveal the mechanism of abnormal apoptosis and drug resistance on osteosarcoma, which is expected to improve the clinical curative effect of this malignant tumor.
