留小煤柱沿空掘巷围岩控制数值模拟研究
Study on the Surrounding Rock Control with Numerical Simulation of Roadway Driving Along Next Goaf with Small Pillar
留小煤柱沿空掘巷能提高煤炭回采率,并且利于巷道维护。以某矿2203工作面皮带巷为工程背景,运用离散元数值计算软件UDEC3.0,分析了不同煤柱宽度下巷道围岩应力分布及位移情况,确定该条件下合理煤柱宽度为3.0~4.0m;结合煤柱宽度并运用数值模拟分析了不同锚杆支护参数下巷道围岩应力分布及位移情况,确定了留小煤柱沿空掘巷最优锚杆支护方式为“锚带网索”加小煤柱帮部桁架联合支护。
Roadway driving along next goaf with small pillar can improve coal recovery ratio and advantage roadway control.With the engineering background of 2203 working face strap roadway of some ming,using UDEC3.0 numerical simulation software,discussed the gob pressure distribution and displacement law with different small pillar width,determined reasonable coal pillar width as 3.0~4.0m; Combining with small pillar width and using numerical simulation ,analysis the gob pressure distribution and displacement law with different support schemes, determining the optimal support method is anchor,steel band and anchor cable & truss combined support of roadway driving along next goaf with small pillar.
