利用PROE建立沥青加热装置三维几何模型,ANSYS Workbench对沥青加热装置内部温度场进行了仿真数值模拟。同时分别从蛇管间距、沥青流速及导热油流速三个方面分析了其对换热效率的影响。通过数值模拟分析得到的仿真结果对沥青加热装置设计具有一定的指导意义。

In this paper, Asphalt heating system geometry model was built by using Proe software,then,an analogue simulation of Asphalt heating systemwas made by ANSYS Workbench.The influence of the exchange of heat efficiency was fully analyed from the coil spacing, asphalt flow velocity and heat conduction oil flow rate three aspects.We can make a better design of asphalt heating device by learning from this analysis.
