矿井移动空调室技术研究

矿井移动空调室技术是为井下固定或半固定的作业面提供局部降温的新技术。该技术的实质是,利用热幛将作业者与环境隔离,再用一种水轮机式空气冷却器向移动空调室内供冷。水轮机式空气冷却器的冷源和通风动力均来自矿井恒温带。应用这一技术,可为作业工人提供临时休息场所,为其解除热应力创造条件。通过实验得知:当供给水温为18℃的冷水1.6m3/h,环境温度为32℃时,启动空气冷却器10分钟后,矿井移动空调室内干球温度可降至24℃。空气冷却器停止工作后30分钟,矿井移动空调室内的空气温度仍可维持在28℃以下。研究证明,在高温矿井应用移动空调室技术是经济的。本文对矿井移动空调室技术的原理和设计方法等进行了详细论述。

he technology of the mobile air conditioning room (MACR) in mines is a new one which could locally cool the fixed workplace or semi-fixed workplace in mines. In MACR, the heat barrier is used to isolate workers from the hot environment and the cooling air is supplied for the mobile air-conditioning room by the turbine-typed air cooler whose cooling source and ventilating power come from cooling energy and potential energy stored in the water in constant temperature zone. MACR could be used as a short time rest place for workers to eliminate heat stress. The experiments showed that when the environment temperature was 32℃ and the water of 18℃ was supplied at the speed of 1.6m3/h, the dry-bulb air temperature in MACR can be cooled to 24℃ below in 10 minutes. The air temperature can still be maintained at 28℃ below after 30 minutes without the air cooler working. The research puts forward that MACR technology is economical when used in high temperature mines. The principle and designing method of MRAC technology was also discussed in detail in this paper.
