In the paper, we use super-symmetric quantum mechanics to study the spin-weighted spheroidal wave equation. The first step, with the method of super-symmetric quantum mechanics to calculate the first three order super potentials and state ground state eigenvalue, and then summed up the general recursive formula, and use mathematical induction to prove the correctness of the recursion formula, which seek generalized ellipsoidal wave equations. This solution has great application value.
