在行波型超声波电机的实际应用中,需要减小驱动电路的体积,提高驱动电路的实用性,本文分析了行波超声波电机的驱动机理,取得了含有直流偏置的交变电压仍然可以驱动行波超声波电机的理论支持,并基于LC串联谐振的升压、选频特性和行波超声波电机的等效电路,设计了一种行波超声波电机驱动电路。根据LC网络的幅频特性,选择电路参数,并给出实验波形,验证了该驱动方法的可行性。同时因省去了通常超声波电机驱动电路中的变压器环节,有效的减小了电路的体积。

For real application of Traveling Wave Ultrasonic Motor (USM), it is necessary to decrease the size of the drive circuit. This paper analyzed the driving mechanism of the USM, obtained that even the AC voltage has DC bias, it can also drive the USM to be running. Based on LC series resonant and the USM equivalent circuit, a kind of drive circuit scheme has been designed. The parameter of the circuit is depend on the LC amplitude-frequency characteristics. In the end, this paper showed the experiment result in figures, it proved the feasibility of this drive circuit scheme. At the same time, this scheme eliminated the use of transformer, effectively reduced the size of circuit.
