为提高自适应采样(Adaptive Metropolis,AM)的马尔可夫链蒙特卡罗算法(Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation method, MCMC)模拟样本的信息量,本文利用贝叶斯理论(Bayesian Theory)对AM采样算法的接受概率公式进行改进,构建基于Bayesian Theory的AM-MCMC算法(BAM-MCMC),通过贝叶斯理论公式将样本的后验信息带入到模拟样本的差别中,以此来提高MCMC模拟样本的后验信息量。通过对该算法的抽取的模拟样本可以分析样本变量的随机分布特征。现以挠力河流域为研究区域为例,利用建立的BAM-MCMC算法研究Nash模型的两个参数的不确定性,并获取研究区域Nash模型参数的后验概率分布。研究结果表明挠力河流域Nash模型两参数均符合对数正态分布。参数的概率分布可为参数不确定性研究提供了理论依据,也为后续的Nash模型预报结果的不确定性研究提供了参数不确定性信息。

In order to improve the Adaptive sampling (AM) of the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulation sample the amount of information, in this paper, Bayesian theory is used to produce improvements on the acceptance probability formula of AM sampling algorithm, to build AM-MCMC algorithm(BAM-MCMC). Based on Bayesian theory, sample posteriori information can be imported to the differences of simulation sample, to increase the amount of MCMC simulation sample posteriori information. By extracting simulation samples of this algorithm can be analyzed the random distribution characteristics of sample variables. This research regards naoli river basin as example, establishes a BAM - MCMC algorithm is used to study the uncertainty of Nash model two parameters, and obtain posterior probability distribution of Nash model parameters of the survey region. The research results show the Nash model two parameters of naoli river basin conform to logarithmic normal distribution. The probability distribution of parameters can provide a theoretical basis for the uncertainty research of the parameters, also provide the parameter uncertainty information for the uncertainty research of subsequent Nash model forecast results.
