向顾客提供满意的饭店产品和服务是现代饭店业最基本的目标,本文站在一个新的视角上,重新审视了饭店业的生产概念与服务概念;提出了饭店企业与顾客对饭店产品和服务都有价值期待的观点;并从客我双方建立有效的沟通、对顾客关怀体贴和体谅、不要让顾客的要求无疾而终和顾客应该被肯定、被接纳等四个方面指出了提高顾客满意度的方法。
Providing satisfactory products and services (of hotels) is a basic goal of modern hotel industry. The paper approaches how to make further satisfaction degree of customers from four aspects:Making full use of communication with customers, showing consideration for customers truly and whole-heartedly, trying every means to meet all the reasonable demands of customers and conforming and accepting customers enthusiastically.
