丙烯酰胺由于其神经毒性及其可能致癌性,引起了各国科学家的对其深入广泛的研究。本文着重介绍了丙烯酰胺的危害、毒性作用机制以及丙烯酰胺中毒患者的护理和功能锻炼。此外,还介绍了多种丙烯酰胺浓度的测定方法。
crylamide has been widely studied by many scientists because of its toxicity and carcinogenity. This paper focuses on introducing hazards,mechanism of toxicity of acrylamid and the nursing, functional exercise of patients with acrylamide poisoning. Besides, it intended to convey several analytical methods for the determination of acrylamide.
