穿心莲种子发芽试验标准化研究

Seed Germination Testing Standardization of Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees

本文通过发芽试验来探讨温度、光照及发芽床等因素对穿心莲(Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees)种子萌发的影响。设25.0、27.5、30.0、32.5和35.0℃共5种恒温温度处理,设纸上(TP)和砂上(TS)2种发芽床处理,光照设0 (全黑暗)和500 lx 2个处理。试验结果表明:穿心莲种子发芽最适温度为25-30℃,发芽床可选择纸上(TP)法,对光照敏感,初次计数时间为发芽后第2天,末次计数时间为发芽后第7天。幼苗生长发育类型为子叶出土的双子叶农作物种子,幼苗鉴定只考虑初生根的发育状况。

he influence of different conditions on Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees seed germination were tested in current work.The conditions included 5 temperature treatments (25.0, 27.5, 30.0, 32.5 and 35.0℃),2 light treatments (0 and 500 lx), and 2 germinating-bed treatments (TP and TS).According to the germination performance under different condition,the optimum seed germination conditions of Andrographis paniculata were as follows:temperature 25.0~30.0℃, germinating-beds TP,under light.The first seedling-counting time is the 2nd day after germination;the last time is the 7th day.
