RING家族是最大的一类E3泛素连接酶,主要特征是具有环指结构域,提供E2和底物的结合位点从而使E2催化泛素转移到底物上。他们广泛的参与了植物的很多重要的生物学过程。本文着重阐述了该家族在植物生物和非生物逆境胁迫反应中的作用及其作用机制。
he RING family is the largest type of E3 ubiquitin ligases which is specified by a RING domain. They confer specificity to ubiquitination by recognizing target substrates and mediating transfer of ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme to substrate. Accordingly, RING E3s are involved in many important biological processes in plant. In this paper, we summarize the functions and regulation mechanism of the RING family in response to abiotic and biotic stress responses.
