薤的化学成分研究

Study on chemical constituents from the bulbs of Allium chinense G. Don

目的研究薤 (Allium chinense G. Don)的化学成分。方法综合采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备HPLC等色谱方法分离、纯化薤的化学成分,采用理化性质结合波谱数据分析鉴定分离得到化合物的化学结构。结果从薤的60%甲醇(体积比)提取物中分离并鉴定7个化合物,分别为:N-对香豆酰酪胺(1),N-顺式-对香豆酰酪胺(2),无梗五加苷D (3),β-D-吡喃果糖(4),β-D呋喃果糖甲苷(5),β-谷甾醇 (6),胡萝卜苷 (7)。结论化合物3-5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the bulbs of Allium chinense G. Don Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column,ODS column, Sephadex LH-20 column, parative HPLC and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified to be N-p-coumaroyltyramine (1),N-p-hydroxy-cis-coumaroyltyramine (2),Acanthoside D (3),β-D-Fructopyranose (4),Methyl-β-D-fructofuranoside (5), β-Sitosterol (6), and Daucosterine (7). Conclusion Compounds 3-5 were isolated from A. chinense G. Don for the first time.
