香芹酚对烟草甲虫的熏蒸活性研究

为研究香芹酚对烟草甲虫成虫的熏蒸毒力,探索香芹酚作为植物源熏蒸剂的价值。在27 ℃条件下,采用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法,测定了香芹酚对烟草甲虫成虫的熏蒸活性。结果表明,香芹酚对烟草甲虫成虫有很好的熏蒸效果,浓度为32 mgoL-1香芹酚熏蒸烟草甲虫成虫72 h后的死亡率达97.50%;香芹酚熏蒸烟草甲虫成虫12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h的LC50值分别为28.852 mgoL-1、11.473 mgoL-1、8.688 mgoL-1、6.504 mgoL-1;LC95值分别为517.494 mgoL-1、94.310 mgoL-1、40.240 mgoL-1、35.647 mgoL-1。??????????

In order to explore the fumigant toxicity of carvacrol against Lasioderma serricorne adults and the value of carvacrol as a source of plant fumigant. The fumigant insecticidal activity of carvacrol on L. serricorne was determined used the conical flask airtight fumigation under the condition of 27 ℃. The results showed that the fumigant insecticidal effect of carvacrol to tobacco beetle adults was very well. 32 mgoL-1 carvacrol fumigate tobacco beetle adults the mortality rates was 97.50% after 72 h. The LC50 were 28.852 mgoL-1,1 1.473 mgoL-1, 8.688 mgoL-1, 6.504 mgoL-1 and the LC95 were 517.494 mgoL-1, 94.310 mgoL-1, 40.240 mgoL-1, 35.647 mgoL-1, respectively, after carvacrol fumigate tobacco beetle adults 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h.
