随着呼叫中心业务的不断扩展,各功能模块和模块之间的关联关系也越来越复杂。Web Service的跨平台、开放、简单、分布式等特点恰恰满足了系统的设计需求。本文首先介绍了Web Service的体系结构和协议栈,然后分析了Web Service的优势,最后给出了Web Service在呼叫中心系统中的应用方案。系统的实际测试和运行表明,Web Service在呼叫中心系统中的应用对同类技术具有很好的参考和指导意义。

With the continuous expansion of Call Center services, functional modules and relationships between modules become increasingly complex. Characteristics of Web Service, such as cross-platform, open, simple, distributed just meet the design requirements for the system. This paper introduced architecture and protocol stack of Web Service, and then analyzed advantages of Web Service. Finally, application program of Web Service in Call Center system was given. Actual test and operation of the system shows that, application of Web Service in Call Center system has a very good reference and guide for the same technology.
