his Paper did full analysis in port railway logistics and railway development status and problems. on the basis of it , proposed put port railway freight into rail logistics enterprise management system ,in order to fully utilize the resources owned by two play complement each other, and to expand rail logistics meaning, logistics core competitiveness of transportation. Put forward port railway line Records and National Railway Modern Logistics strategy and application of game theory strategy if it can achieve the right key problems were studied.
