煤矿地面工业环境皮带廊主体结构损伤劣化机理及治理技术研究

针对某煤矿皮带廊在恶劣的地面工业环境长期作用下,其结构材料、构件及结构已出现明显的损伤劣化、破损现象。在对煤矿地面工业环境、皮带廊主体结构损伤劣化现状等综合分析的基础上,对煤矿自然环境、特殊的工艺和力学环境长期耦合作用下主体结构的损伤劣化机理进行了研究,并对治理技术进行了探讨,为煤矿地面工业环境下主体结构损伤劣化后的修复、加固及维护提供了依据和参考。
Under long-term effects of the harsh aboveground environment, materials and members of the main structure for gallery belt have been deteriorated in a coal plant. Based on a comprehensive analysis of its terrible aboveground environment and deterioration situation, this paper probes into the deterioration mechanisms of the main structure which was affected by long-term coupled impacts of coal environment and complex mechanical environment. It is suggested that long-term coupled actions of inferior design and construction quality and poor service environment accelerate the deterioration of the main structure. Techniques for curing the deteriorated main structure in such an adverse service environment are proposed.
