医用镁钙合金的制备及力学性能研究
Preparation of Medical Mg-Ca Alloy and Investigation of Its Mechanical Properties
本课题通过从冶金学和生物学两方面考察合金元素的作用,熔炼出了含钙量分别为0.58wt.%、1.24Wt.%、1.62wt.%和2.04wt.%的镁钙合金,并通过退火+固溶处理+人工时效的热处理工艺改善合金的性能,并研究了含钙量对合金力学性能的影响。结果显示,钙的加入能有效提高合金的模量,但也会降低合金的强度和塑性。最后通过与骨组织力学性能进行比较,确定了最适合的合金成分。
Based upon the effects of various elements on biology and metallurgy. Four kinds of Mg-Ca alloys(0.58wt.%,1.24wt.%,1.62wt.%2.04wt.% Ca)were prepared. In order to improve the properties of these alloys, the heat treatment such as annealing, solution and artificial aging were carried out. The relationship between the concentration of Ca and the mechanical properties of these alloys was determined. The results showed that the modulus increased and the strength and plasticity decreased after Ca was added. Finally, the optimum composition of alloys was confirmed by comparing with the mechanical properties of bone.
