风险管理是用于风险分析、评价、控制和监测工作的管理方针、程序及其实践的系统运用。风险管理是控制产品质量和减少故障发生的重要保证。对现代企业而言,随着质量体系的完善,风险管理已经不再是针对产品某一过程实施的活动,而是伴随着产品生命周期的全过程。由于该过程中各类相关因素以及不确定性因素的影响,仅仅对各个阶段过程风险的严重程度进行定性的衡量是不够的,可能导致忽略过程中严重故障的发生。因此,论文提出将失效模式及后果分析(FMEA)方法引入汽车仪表板产品的风险管理,通过FMEA方法中的风险优先系数RPN来对产品全生命周期过程中重要环节的风险严重程度进行判定, 确定风险管理的核心,并对可能发生的严重故障实施预防及改进。

Risk management is the systematic application of management policies, procedures, and practices to the tasks of identifying, analyzing, controlling, and monitoring risk. It is an important guarantee to keep good quality and reduce failures of product. As the development of quality system, risk management is not in certain process but the whole lifecycle of product. However, because of the effect of various factors and many uncertainties, it is not enough to weigh the severity of risk events qualitatively, and useful measures should be taken to prevent the high-level risk. For these reasons, paper proposes FMEA method to risk management process of auto product to clear the key point of the process in order to avoid potential casualty and loss basing on the risk priority number (RPN).
